Frequently Asked Questions
General
- During our working hours (9:00 – 18:00) from Monday to Friday, your emails or messages will be responded to within 2 hours. Additionally, from 18:00-22:00, we will also make every effort to reply.
- Due to time differences, during non-working hours (22:00 – 9:00), your emails will be replied to as soon as possible during working hours.
Products
- CE, RoHS, FCC, UKCA, etc.
- We are able to provide certificates based on your needs and market regulations.
Customization
- Product: logo, signs, color, label, painting and accessories.
- User manual: customized languages, or layout.
- Package: printing artwork, design, membrane, or barcode sticker.
- Outer carton: printing, mark, seal, dimension, weight, etc.
- Typically, 500-1,000 pieces per model, but it may vary based on different products and your customization demands.
- For some new products, a trial order with a smaller MOQ is feasible for market testing.
Payment
- Terms: usually 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment.
- Methods: usually bank transfer, or PayPal and Western Union (for sample or trial orders only).
Shipping
- Usually it’s about 20-40 days, depending on the complexity of production for different products, customized requirements and production schedule.
- For models available in stock, it’s 5-15 days.
- By sea, train, air or express, according to your ordered weight or CBM, freight cost and urgency for shipping time.
- Goods can be carried either by our long-term cooperated forwarder, or your own appointed forwarder.
- By sea, takes about 30-40 days; By train, about 15-20 days; By air or express, about 5-10 days.
Customs clearance
- Yes. After the goods arrive, usually you shall complete the customs clearance process for imports from China.
- Although we are familiar with the requirements of most countries based on experience, it is still advisable for you to be acquainted with your country’s specific customs restrictions or regulations regarding different products, as they may vary from one country to another.
