General
How long will you reply?
- During our working hours (9:00 to 18:00) from Monday to Friday, your emails or messages will be replied within 2 hour.
- Due to time differences, during sleeping or relaxing time(22:00 to 9:00), your emails will be replied ASAP during working hours.
Products
What certificates do you have?
- CE, RoHS, FCC, UKCA, etc.
- We are able to provide certificates based on your needs and market regulations.
Customization
What customization do you accept?
- Product: logo, signs, color, label, painting and accessories.
- User manual: customized languages, or layout.
- Package: printing artwork, design, membrane, or barcode sticker.
- Outer carton: printing, mark, seal, dimension, weight, etc.
What’s the MOQ?
- Usually 1000 pcs per model, may be changed based on different products and your demands regarding customization.
- For new clients or new products, trial order in smaller MOQ is possible for testing market.
Payment
What’re your payment terms and methods?
- Terms: usually 30% deposit before production, and 70% balance before shipment.
- Methods: usually bank transfer, or PayPal and Western Union (for sample or trial orders only).
Shipping
When will the goods be shipped?
- Usually it’s about 20-40 days, depending on the complexity of production for different products, customized requirements and production schedule.
- For models available in stock, it’s 5-15 days.
What’re the shipping methods and time?
- By sea, train, air or express, according to your ordered weight or CBM, freight cost and urgency for shipping time.
- Goods can be carried either by our long-term cooperated forwarder, or your own appointed forwarder.
- By sea, takes about 30-40 days; By train, about 15-20 days; By air or express, about 5-10 days.
Customs clearance
Do I need to make customs clearance in my country?
- Yes, you need to know your country’s special custom restrictions or regulations about different products, which may vary from one country to another.
- After goods arrived, usually you shall complete the customs clearance process for importing from China.
